I want to share all the things I use and love for my blog, saving tips, tools to get out of debt, travel, and photography. I find all these resources so valuable and I am sure they will help you as much as they helped me.
Note: Some of the links below are affiliate links, so I may get a commission if you choose to use these companies. They are all companies I personally use and love. Thanks for supporting Annie’s Inspo!
BLOGGING
Setup
These are all the technical bits, and best plugins and software I use on Annie’s Inspo.
![]() ![]() ![]() | SiteGround: I created my website on SiteGround which was very user-friendly. Not only was I able to create my website here, but I was also able to change my email to my blog email address. Instead of a gmail account, this allowed me to become instantly professional by creating a domain email address, i.e. [email protected]anniesinspo.com. It also allowed me to merge my accounts with my Gmail so that I stay on top of things more easily. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | MailerLite: I use MailerLite and I couldn’t be happier! It’s free up to 1,000 subscribers and after that, it’s quite cheap compared to other providers like MailChimp or Convertkit. |
Envato Themeforest: The name of my theme is called: Authentic. I fell in love with it because it had a clean and simple look which is exactly what I was going for. Not only that, but it was within my budget and less than $100. |
Tools
I use the tools below to help with my grammar and punctuation, designing Pins for Pinterest, and scheduling Pins to post on Pinterest and Instagram.
![]() ![]() ![]() | Grammarly: Being a content creator is FUN! But errors can take the fun out of that. That’s exactly why I use Grammarly. I run all of my content through Grammarly before I publish my content. Now, Grammarly doesn’t catch everything, but it catches tons for and me and even offers suggestions to make sure my content is somewhat diverse. This post was proofread by Grammarly |
![]() ![]() ![]() | Canva: I use Canva almost every day to create Pins on Pinterest. There are two options available 1. Free, or 2. Paid. The paid version will offer WAYYYY more than the free version. The free version is great, but when you’re on a roll and creating pins back to back, you don’t really feel like hitting that paywall again. It might be worth it just to get the paid version. But make sure you weigh your options. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | Tailwind: I use Tailwind every 2 or 3 days. If you are tired of pinning manually, try Tailwind. It’s the perfect scheduler to set up your pin strategy and make the most of your time and get optimum results from Pinterest. Try it for free for the first month, and get a $15 free credit for your second month! |
TRAVEL
I love traveling so much, but have slowed down this year because I’m on an EPIC journey to Financial Freedom! My goal is to travel every month in 2021. Below are websites I use every time I need to plan our next adventure that help me stay on budget.
![]() ![]() ![]() | Every time I book a room, I use Hotels.com. I absolutely love it! I’ve stayed at so many hotels for free because of Hotels.com |
PHOTOGRAPHY
These are all the things my husband and I love and use for our photography and while we travel!
